Our client, a 34-year-old bachelor back then and competitive swimming coach, needed a home that matched his dynamic lifestyle.

The kitchen posed a challenge due to its small size and structural constraints. To maximize the space, we incorporated a niche from the adjacent bedroom, creating a custom bar cabinet for his liquor collection and extra counter space. Pool-inspired hues replaced the original deep blue kitchen plan, adding a personal touch that reflects his passion for swimming.

The bathroom underwent a major transformation, merging two cramped spaces into a single, spacious area. This redesign allowed for both a luxurious bathtub and a practical shower, with a widened door to suit his swimmer’s build.

The result is a tailored home that balances functionality, style, and personality, making every corner a reflection of our client’s unique character.
